In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: RODO, we inform you that:

  2. Your personal data will be protected and processed for:
    • the performance of contracts (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA),
    • Marketing of the company's own products or services (Article 6(1)(f)RODO - the legitimate interest is to inform you about our commercial offer,
    • the fulfilment of our legitimate interest to establish or assert or defend against claims, if any (the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
  3. Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which you have given your consent, with a systematic review to assess its relevance, no longer than every 3 years from the date of entry. In particular, they will be processed for the validity period of the offer or the duration of the contract, but no longer than the duration of the contract, or until you withdraw your consent. To the extent that the data is processed for the purpose of directing marketing content to you, it will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing. The period for the processing of personal data may be extended each time by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the ADO to assert or defend against possible claims. After this period, the data will only be processed to the extent and for the duration required by law, including tax and accounting law.
  4. You have the right to: to access the content of your personal data, including to request a copy of your personal data and to request the rectification of your personal data, to erase your personal data (right to be forgotten), to restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to have your personal data transferred to another controller, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, and for direct marketing purposes, the right to withdraw consent where the company will process your personal data based on consent, at any time and in any way, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
  5. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content to you. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for purposes arising from the company's legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  6. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for placing and processing your order and using the Agency's services.
  7. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
